Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
Terms & Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Glinton is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call GlintonMedical.com Customer Service or start a return online.
All defective products will be accepted by Glinton for credit, exchange or repair, at Glinton’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by Glinton are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Glinton reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, personal care products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues. Due to manufacturers’ return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Glinton for repairs only – no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.
Since we are using Google’s Places API, by using our application, users are bound by Google’s Terms of Service.
